There are many ways to grow seedlings. In some communities, the planting is centrally controlled. Then all we have to do is build a fence to keep the free-roaming goats away from the seedlings and provide a temporary roof, because in the first months the propaguls, as the seeds are called, are not allowed to grow directly in the sun. When they are in the planting bags, they grow rapidly because they have already started to none on the tree. Nature has cleverly arranged this, because the mature seeds use this head start when they fall to the ground or bore into the soft soil.
