This well-grown Mama Earth mahogany tree has 22 centimeter’s after six years, so it still has to grow 10 centimeters more. That should not be a problem in six years’ time.
This mahogany tree is also owned by Mama Earth and grows in Monkayo. It is 33 years old and has a diameter of 70 centimeters. The model is Evangelyn.

Mangroves
This is where progress is made, but we are impatient. More than 212,000 mangroves have already been planted for our „Malizia Mangrove Park“ campaign, with around 788,000 still missing. On January 14, 2021, after a video conference, the Rotary Club in Davao made a donation to us. Mama Earth will skip the two million mark of planted mangroves this year. Inventory January 2021: 1.45 million will grow in the Gulf of Davao and 212,000 in Malizia Mangrove Park. The action does a lot of work, but it is fascinating to see how many helping hands are involved in shaping this project. We have set up our own Facebook page „Malizia Mangrove Park“. Through our regular visits to Mati, Davao Oriental, Mindanao, we are not only up-to-date, we also learn a lot through the scientific support of Dr. Lea and Dr. Glen. The deeper we delve into the knowledge about the importance of mangroves for the climate, the more exciting the connections become. The project also serves the people of and to live with the mangroves. In the meantime, we have created several video clips that we would like to show you.
